Founded in 2015 in North Carolina, this store took on a number of forms, inhabited multiple spaces, and is still continuing to expand today. All furniture, fixtures, and displays were designed and built by me, and the design concept of the space was co-imagined and implemented with my business partner. Housing the ALTWOOD furniture line and displaying carefully curated goods, it became a space for community to come together and artists to be highlighted. Each facet of the space, including the products sold, were selected to inspire a thoughtful life with a minimalistic perspective. We know that choosing items that make sense in your everyday will inspire gratitude and joy for each aspect of your life.
